What currency do you use?
All of our prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and you will be charged in USD at checkout.
What size is the model on your website wearing?
Our model wears a size XS or S (equivalent to a US Size 2 or 4) unless explicitly stated. The size that our model is wearing is listed on each product’s product page. As an additional guide, our model is 175cm tall.
What size should I buy?
Our products are all true to size, so we suggest that you take your regular size. We currently offer sizes XS (US 2), S (US 4) and M (US 6). As we are a new label, unfortunately, we are not currently able to service all sizes, but we absolutely have plans for this in the near future, so please contact us if we are currently not servicing your size. Additionally, all PI’A pieces are made to be able to be worn in different ways, depending on the size you should choose to purchase. For example, a trouser in an XS can be worn at your true waist, while the same trouser ordered in an S can be worn at a lower waist, giving your look a slouchier feel. An item I want to buy is sold out, will you be restocking it?
Unfortunately, most of our stock is limited and we do not immediately restock. However, we may receive some items back via returns, which will then be made available online – so keep an eye out! Re-orders for particularly popular items will be considered, so please do let us know if we have run out of an item you love by emailing us at email@example.com!
How do I enter my discount code or credit note code?
To enter a discount or credit note code you have received, copy and paste the code into the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ box at checkout and press 'APPLY'. Your discount will then be taken off your order total.
Why is my discount code not working?
There are a number of reasons why your code might not be working. Check that: 1. The items in your cart meet the requirements for the promotion (i.e. they are full priced items; i.e. they total more than $100, etc); 2. The code has not expired. If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to sort out your problems ASAP.
Can I use more than one promotional code on an order?
Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
I forgot to enter my promotional code! Is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately, we cannot enter codes manually after an order has been placed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As our orders are dispatched quite quickly, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order, sorry!
Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation email?
Please allow one business day for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend. Sometimes our emails can also get sent to your junk or spam folders if we are not added as a contact. Try checking there first and adding us as a contact to avoid this!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can also be sent directly from your account.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured in China at a lovely multi-generational family-owned factory, operated by Mrs. Wong and her daughter. We visit our factory frequently and take great care to ensure that or products are manufactured in an ethical way, with the highest possible quality. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions about our factory.

Do you offer express shipping?
For your convenience, all of our items are shipped via DHL Express.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Please allow 3-4 business days from shipment for all orders to arrive (subject to customs).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to watch the progress of your order.
If I’m not at home to receive my delivery, where will it be left?
If you are not at the designated shipment address at the time of delivery, your courier should leave a calling card - we suggest contacting them to organise a delivery time at your convenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If you would like to make a return, please fill out our Returns Form here. If you would like to make an exchange, please fill out our Exhanges Form here. Please also note the following returns and exchanges conditions below:
1. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, PI’A will incur postage and refund this to you. When sending back your return, we recommend you get a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down.
2. Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receipt of the goods.
3. Goods must be in original condition, with all tags still intact. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted.
4. Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until refund is processed.
5. Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability - if your requested garment is not available, a credit note will be issued to you and you will be notified via email. A refund can also be organised, if you prefer.
6. Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit me?
Sure! As long as the item you want to exchange is full priced, in original condition and returned within 14 days, we’re happy to offer you an exchange.
I can't seem to fill out your returns and exchanges forms! What should I do?No stress! Simply contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
I want to return my item – do you pay for my return shipping?
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We try to get through all returns ASAP, but once your return is received at our office, it can take up to 5 business days to process.
Have you received my return?
Once a return has been received at our office, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. Once received, it can take up to 5 business days to process. However when sending back your return we recommend you get a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down.
